THE CURE-NYMF 2009

Review from Theater Mania:

"Meanwhile, Alex enters into a romance with male vampire Sasha (Kyle Harris), and the pair's love duet "'Till Now" is one of the show's highlights....The work has a rock-heavy score laced with a more traditional musical sensibility. Several songs prove memorable, such as
the anthem "Who I Am," the seductive "Step Into the Shadows," and the heartfelt "New Religion." The music is also well sung, with standout vocalists including Buchanan, Harris, and Manu Narayan as the vampire Rypien."

HAIR

Review from Arizona Weekly:

"Leading our cast of liberal hippies is Kyle Harris as Claude, who moved us through a fantasy trip with a sparkle even Timothy Leary would have admired. His voice and presence kept the flow of "Hair" alive and moving."

BEST ACTOR MAC AWARD WINNER 2008

"But it's Kyle Harris' portrayal of Claude in "Hair" that wins the Mac. The character's internal conflicts, joy of life, and fear of the future are always with Harris, but never overplayed and always deeply rooted. Plus, he has a singing voice that's impossible not to love."

URINETOWN

Review from Arizona Daily Star:

"Kyle Harris' role as young Bobby Strong, who leads the rebellion against Urine Good Company, was perfectly earnest. Harris has
an enthralling voice, but he also has some solid acting chops even portraying an over-the-top character, he seemed deeply rooted
and honest."

Review from Tucson Weekly:

"The innocent lovebirds, Bobby and Hope, are played by Kyle Harris and Stefanie Brown. Harris hasn't made a misstep in the major UA shows in which he's starred--How to Succeed in Business and Tommy--and Urinetown gives him his best leading-man role yet. He's tall, lithe, confident, endearing, charismatic and absolutely right for the part."

BEST ACTOR MAC AWARD WINNER 2007

"But it is University of Arizona student Kyle Harris who grabs the 2007 Best Actor Mac. Harris played the grown-up Tommy in Arizona Repertory Theatre's production of "The Who's Tommy." He has a magnetic stage presence, a powerhouse voice and oodles of charm. Once he stepped on stage, all eyes were on him not because he's a stage hog (he isn't; he's quite generous on stage), but because
he is such a large talent. We predict great things for him."

THE WHO’S TOMMY

"Roger Daltrey, step aside. Kyle Harris has taken center stage. Harris plays the grown-up Tommy in Arizona Repertory Theatre's
production of "The Who's Tommy." Harris has a riveting stage presence, a powerhouse voice and an abundance of charisma. When he took the Tornabene Theatre stage, at Wednesday's opening night performance, he electrified the room."
